電機(jī)的能量轉(zhuǎn)換 Motor as an energy converter
電機(jī)的功能就是將電能轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械能,為機(jī)械的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生推動(dòng)力
The function of the motor is converting electrical power to mechanical power.it provides motion force to a mechanical device.
電機(jī)的損耗 Losses
電機(jī)在能量轉(zhuǎn)換過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生能量損耗,例如:摩擦損耗、繞組發(fā)熱損耗、鐵磁損耗。
※空心杯電機(jī)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生鐵磁損耗。
There will be power losses in the power conversion process e.g.frictional losses,power losses of winding,iron losses.
※lron losses do not occur in the coreless motor.
電機(jī)的特性曲線 Performance curve
特性曲線由以下4個(gè)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)構(gòu)成:
1、空載轉(zhuǎn)速(No):指電機(jī)在額定電壓下不連接任何負(fù)載時(shí),在輸出軸端測得的轉(zhuǎn)速,單位為RPM(轉(zhuǎn)每分鐘)。
2、空載電流(Io):指電機(jī)在額定電壓下不連接任何負(fù)載時(shí),在電機(jī)兩端子上測得的輸入電流量,單位為A(安培)。
3、堵轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩(Ts):指電機(jī)在額定電壓下,因加載引致電機(jī)停止旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),測得的最大轉(zhuǎn)矩,單位為g.cm(克.厘米)。
4、堵轉(zhuǎn)電流(Is):指電機(jī)在額定電壓下,因加載引致電機(jī)停止旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),測得的電流,單位為A(安培)。
※建議您不要對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行堵轉(zhuǎn)操作,因?yàn)榇瞬僮饔锌赡軐?dǎo)致電機(jī)“退磁”甚至造成燒損。
It consiss of 4 major parameters:
1、No-load speed(No):Motor with no load under rated voltage,speed is measured in the output shaftside.Unit:RPM(rotation per minute)
2、No-load current (Io):Motor wifh no-load under rated voltage,input ourrent is measured in the morot teminals.Unit:A(Ampere)
3、Stall torque(Ts):Motor with rated voltage,maximum torque is measured when motor stop rotation under load,Unit:g.cm(gram.centimeter)
4、Stall current (Is):Motorwith rated voltage,current is measured when motor stop rotation under load,Unit:A(Ampere)
※It is recommended to operate the motor in stall position.It will result in de-magnetization or even damage to the motor.
